I grew in this peace by sticking to my topic and making it creative. If I changed my book I would make it about me and my friends probably. Its because its either me playing sports or hanging with friends. My goal was to make it about me life in sports and it went well. A risk I took was painting every page. I did that because I like mixing paint and I love working with it.
I think I did well staying with my topic of the book and making it meaningful for me and even people who are not in sports but get the of what its like.
I grew by brainstorming and coming up with new ideas to fix how the colors blended in. If I started again I would have chosen something less in detailed because this one you just couldn't see all of the details. I feel like in this peace I met all of my goals because it turned out looking like a kitty. I took a big risk with my dark colors to see if it would show more detail and it turned out to be a success.
This time I changed the colors half way through my printing. I started with purple and went to blue then to black. What impressed me the most about the printing was that at first it didn't blend well then I added black and it just appeared with more detail. I feel like next time I should go slower and take my time because there was a few marks on my border and it didn't line up the best.
The carving in my peace is working really well. Printing it different and dark colors is hard because it blends in kind of. I ran into my peace not layering right but then I fixed it by making the colors darker to stand out. I have kept the same plan and make it unique.
I chose to make some of the contrast lighter and darker to pick which four tons looks the best. Using the computer for contrast and color code was really helpful for the warmth and softness of my kitty. I took a risk making my color codes light so you can see more of the picture. I tried dark and it washed the art and color out of my peace.
This peace interests me because its comfort and shows aside of my cat that isn't real. I got the idea of being home and being peaceful. The colors are going to show being fun and softness in my life. It relates because its where I go for comfort and peace and its my own animal. The goals for this peace will feel like your home and having a good life.
I grew by really taking my time and making it look like the print was blended well. If i started again i would try cool colors and make it a different color of sunset. I made all my goals and it turned out better than I thought. I chose to just show the peace and focus on the art work, nothing else. My biggest risks was putting the feather in the sun. It didn't fail because it gave it more warmth and feeling in my peace.
I change how the lining of the 2 printing styles and put them close together so it blends in. I feel really happy about the color contacts and the way the water reflects. The feather also was pretty cool on how it made your peaceful feal to the art work.
